Returns & Cancellations For PRE ORDERS
All items are custom-made in your selected size. As a result, the following terms apply.
Cancellation within 14 days. You may cancel your order within 14 days of placing it for a full refund. Please contact us or use the withdrawal link in our Shipping & Returns page.
Production begins after 14 days. Once this period ends, your order enters production and can no longer be cancelled, changed, or refunded.
Delivery after approximately 6 months in March to April 2027. As your item is custom-made, we are unable to accept returns for refund upon delivery. At our discretion, we may offer store credit instead.
We do not guarantee a delivery time.
Defective or incorrect items. Your statutory rights remain unaffected in all cases. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact with photos, and we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund if eligible.
