Shipping & Returns
Orders are normally processed within 24 hours Monday - Friday.
Shipments in Germany 1–2 working days.
Europe 1–3 working days.
Worldwide 2-4 working days.
COVID-19 / CORONA: Our warehouse and shipping are currently operating as normal, but please be aware that local safety measures or restrictions where you live, might affect delivery times.
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch. Please allow for delays during sale periods and holidays.
Please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect. Always include a phone number.
FREE SHIPPING: Shipping is free in Germany for all orders, and free worldwide for orders above €100. We ship from our warehouse in Germany. Our prices include 19% VAT for products delivered in Germany. The price is the same outside Germany, to cover the extra shipping costs.
For any delivery destinations outside of the European Union, you are responsible for Customs/Duty and Import taxes to receive your order. Any delay in paying these customs fees will result in a delay of delivery of your order.

You may return full priced items sold on gmbhgmbh.eu within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund minus shipment (€20 for Germany, €40 for Europe and €60 Worldwide), on the condition that the item is unused, in the original packaging with tags still attached. Sales items are non-refundable, but can be exchanged for a credit.
We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not comply with the above conditions.
Where possible, we will either offer an exchange if there is a replacement available or offer to repair faulty items. When items deemed faulty cannot be repaired or the same item is not available, a full refund will be offered and we will arrange for return of the faulty item.
To return any item(s) from your order, e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reference of the item(s) you would like to return. Our team will be in touch to provide a return form for you to complete that should be included in the package with your return as well as a shipping label.
Once your return is received, it will undergo a quality check. Please allow up to 7 days for this to be completed. Once items have passed inspection, the refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7 working days, subject to your bank's processing time.
Your are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning any item. You can either ship yourself directly or the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Customs and duties costs, as well as cost of original shipment will not be refunded.
