Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information

Orders are normally processed within 24 hours Monday to Friday.
Shipments in Germany: 1–3 working days.
Europe: 1–5 working days.
Worldwide: 2–5 working days.
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch. Please allow for possible delays during sale periods and holidays.
Please make sure that your billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect packages once shipped. Always include a phone number.

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping within Germany on orders above €300 and within Europe above €400.
Free worldwide shipping on orders above €500.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Germany.

VAT in Germany and the EU: All prices include VAT for products delivered in Germany and the EU.

Customs outside the EU: Duties, customs fees and import taxes are normally added at checkout for shipments outside the EU. This service is currently in beta testing, so please let us know if you experience any issues. Due to the unpredictable nature of tariffs, we are not liable for any additional charges that may arise during import, such as duties.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us within the 14-day period.

How to Return Your Order
1. Write us within 14 days of receiving the goods on shop@gmbhgmbh.eu with the order number and whether you wish to ship the item yourself or us to issue a shipping label.
2. We will send you the correct warehouse address for you to return the goods - and include a shipping label if requested.
If you request a shipping label we will deduct the cost from any refund.

Refunds
When you withdraw from a purchase, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (if any).
If you selected a delivery method more expensive than our standard delivery, we will only refund the standard delivery cost.
If you received free shipping at the time of purchase, no delivery costs will be refunded (since none were charged).
Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we agree otherwise.
A refund is processed within 14 days upon us having received and inspected the goods. From that point it can take up to 10 days before the amount is credited to your account, depending on your bank's policy.

Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed or unless the goods were faulty or incorrect. We can also issue a return label and deduct it from your refund.
Please ensure that the goods are returned in their original condition. If the value of the goods has been reduced due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, we may make a reasonable deduction from your refund.
Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable.

Exclusions
Certain goods are exempt from the right of withdrawal (for example, items made to order, personalised items, or sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, once unsealed). This affects DEMI COUTURE, underwear and swimwear.
